Auto ESA, první certifikovaný prodejce ojetých vozů v České republice, využívá napříč 14 pobočkami a 3 zákaznickými callcentry systém pro správu vztahů se zákazníky implementovaný společností Advired na Salesforce Platform. Po migraci ERP šlo o druhý největší IT projekt v historii společnosti. Dotkl se většiny procesů zákaznického centra a prodeje, systém denně užívají stovky uživatelů. Advired nám byl v této snaze průvodcem od analýzy přes nastavení až po dovývoj uživatelského rozhraní dle specifických potřeb firmy. Zároveň nám dodal nezbytné datové výměny do řady interních systémů, zejména ERP a intranetu, postavené na moderní technologii splňující korporátní bezpečnostní standardy.
Užívání aplikace Salesforce nám umožnilo přenést informace o stavu jednotlivých zakázek z hlav konzultantů a nevyhovujícího administračního rozhraní do CRM. Případný odchod konzultanta nás tedy již neohrozí, jako tomu bylo v minulosti. Salesforce zásadním způsobem zefektivnilo práci konzultačního týmu a od dřívějšího chaosu jsme se přesunuli k jasné přehlednosti a zjištění reálného stavu, ve kterém se projekt nachází.
